The house is set back off a quiet lane that leads to a little port used by local fishermen. The long 90 yard drive from the gates, leads to the house which is completely secluded from the road and has parking space for several cars.

The heated swimming pool is fitted with a rigid cover that conforms to EU safety standards, making it safe for children of all ages. There is a large inflatable paddling pool, lilos, various swimming aids and toys for the pool. The patio surrounding the pool area has a number of sun loungers, tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and even a hammock!

Next to the swimming pool is the hot tub which can seat 8. The temperature can be adjusted to suit you as it will heat up or cool down within a few hours. The tub can be used late into the night as the gardens are very secluded.

The three acre garden is very private and therefore safe for children as it is completely surrounded by large trees. There is a childrens play area with climbing rope and swings and a basketball hoop.

There is also a large outdoor table with sun umbrella and seating for 12 with a barbeque on wheels available if required. There are a large number of trees and shrubs making the grounds ideal for hide and seek and treasure hunts!
