 DRIVING
If you are planning to drive through France, the best route is via the A10.
From Calais, Dunkerque, Boulogne etc, we recommend the route via Rouen, Le Mans and Tours. Alternatively you could drive down to Paris, get on to the Peripherique and exit onto the A10 towards Orleans and Tours.
For those travelling from the more western ports such as Le Havre, Caen and Roscoff, you will be able to join the A10 at Tours.
Leave the A10 at junction 38 to get to the house.
Using a European Sat Nav system is highly recommended for both your journey down and for day trips while you are there.
Finally if you use the French motorways don't forget that you will have to pay toll charges! |
